Re: IRS for project

What is resonably priced? Reasonably priced and El' cheapo can be very different depending on who your talking to. Right now I'm on the El cheapo side. I haven't been able to get to the scrap yards yet to look at different set ups. I'm going to Speedway expo this weekend so maybe I'll see some diffe...

Re: Philo In Car videos in here

Thanks. I have a couple being mailed directly to the expo. I also came up with a vhs player. Hopefully it will all work. If you have time and can get them to the Big E by Saturday morning the more the merrier.
thanks, Brian

Thanks for all the input and ideas. I am planning on doing some junk yard hopping Saturday (pending weather). We'll see where it goes from there.

Re: IRS for project

Yeah, I have looked at several of the small/light weight SUVs. They all seem to have low HP. However, does not mean they will not hold up to a light 2 wd w/ higher HP.

Re: IRS for project

I am looking for something lighter than domestic breeds but would settle if something came along for the right price(like super el'cheap o). The Nissan 240 does not have a lot of avalibility and only select models w/ LSD.

Yes I am thinking RWD.

IE. the whole thing unbolts as a unit from the car. LSD readily available. It also needs to be able to handle up to 400hp. So ...
