U & SP rule errors - section 5.A.7
Section 5.A.7 has a couple of errors. It refers to 5.F for the displacement factors which are actually 5.D. It also refers to "Apply this number to the chart above." but I believe the chart being referred to is actually below in 5.B and 5.C. Let's get these in the rule change list for this...

Re: Need input on NEHA medical form
Why is there hospital information? If I have a accident, I want to go to the nearest hospital that can take care of my injuries.
Should there be a records release pre-signed with this to get around HIPA? Do we have HIPA implications with maintaining even such minor medical records?

Just because the average time is coming down it does not make it any safer when the car goes of the road. I do not have an answer to my questio...
Re: The CRX
I was there when it hit the course worker. It was coming through a decreasing distance slalom, over corrected and took a sharp left into a field. The course worker could move fast enough and was sideswiped and ended up on the hood. He received minor injuries and was racing the next week.

Re: NEHA... end of 2009 and into 2010
I agree that the registration process can become more efficient. Make it all online. Include the wrecker waiver and the medical. Even demanding the fee be paid online is appropriate in this age of electronic existence. If we could send them the wrist band online I would be in favor of that too. How ...

Re: S3 cars this season?
Deezle may be on the right path. We want to expand the sport and get more people in off the street. An easy way to do that would be to use the SCCA Solo II rules for our U and SP classes. They are not necessarily easier to understand but are well documented and understood by a large pool of enthusia...
