Luke, That fuel pump, I think, was installed in 1996 just before I went to Pikes Peak. I never had trouble with it feeding the engine and never cleaned the screen. Fuel pump was never a problem although, it could be tired. Check your spark plugs first before you go for a new fuel pump.
