Re: Modifying a roll hoop
I don't know of any sanctioning body that allows a two piece main hoop. But I don't know all the rules of course I do know it is not legal in S.C.C.A , Rally America, Pikes Peak, Mt Washington, And our rules say continuous main hoop. Don Taylor

Re: Real rules vs sorta-rules
Well I don't know I think I read the same rules and I don't see where it says a person may drive as fast as possible one time what I do see is a penalty in place for ten seconds faster than breakout. So in my opinion the rule is being ignored. At our drivers meeting we always say if you go through t...

Re: Real rules vs sorta-rules
I guess I need to put my two cents in now. I agree with Paul. It is too bad that Mike shows no respect for our clubs or the rules that we have adopted. I personally believe it should be handled the same way the clubs handled the Rusian guy we had a few years ago that kept ignoring the rules, he was ...

Re: Harnessing
Hello, Walt called me tonight about the seat belt installation in the BMW. The V belt and Y belt are considered one in the same they are not legal to use at NEHA events. The easiest and best way to fix the belt issue would be to remove the small support bar that is welded to the cage to correct the ...

Camping at the hill
Hi everyone, Things are looking good for spring Auscutney. Please remember if you are in a camping spot after 11 AM on Sunday morning the fees for Sunday are owed to the state. Re: Ascutney II 2010 An Old Man’s Perspective
Hello all, Lets think about workers for a minute. A worker is someone who comes to our event spends their own money to get there and to stay there, do a job and sometimes not in the greatest conditions. We as competitors are very lucky to have them and should thank them at every opportunity. It is g...

Re: Impact products lose SFI rating
Hello everyone, The recent decision by SFI does impact our organazation. Equipment manu...
