Race fuel

Hey, I've got 10 gallons of 102 octane (50% 93 pump gas, 50% VP C12) for FREE! I'll bring it to Claremont Saturday. First come, first served. Bring your own fuel cans. If I can't give it away, I'll use it to start brush fires.

Wheel Hop/Axle Tramp

Help! My solid axle car has wicked tramp on standing starts. It is my '72 Mg Midget based car with nearly 130WHP from my 1600cc Toyota 4AGE. Stock leaf springs, Panhard bar, tube shocks. I've tried twin upper trailing arms, they helped, but they bind the suspension. I replaced them with 9/1 valved t...

Who Killed Woger Wabbit?

So, who is responsible for the dead rabbit at Finish? I was last car on run 4 Sunday and did not see it. The first bike said he saw it. Did I kill it, or just miss it with my tunnel vision? I deserve a special award for running out of fuel at the starting line. It could have been between checkpoints...

Re: BURKE 2 HILLCLIMB 2014

Luke: I think Michele has me at 10. I could share, but there is very limited flat ground. I need about 15X15 for my tent. Also, Jon Coffin will be day parking there. If there is a way to compromise, I'm willing to have guests.

Re: Simpson Harness

Thanks Walter. The truth is, I bought new belts before checking the date on my "old" ones. That is when I realized they had one more season. I'm hoping someone wants them. Heck, I'll give them away. I'll bring them to Ascutney. Better than trashing them. I never claimed I didn't do stupid ...
