I'm pretty sure other than a few mustang cobra's they(mustangs) don't have independent rear suspension. I think some of the t-bird turbo coupe and merkur xr4ti had independent rears with lsd options....but I think they are heavier than a mack truck. I would also think there have to be some BMW parts...

To bump start the conversation....on the email list there is a discussion relative to establishing a bumping order for U and SP, now that there is separation between awd and 2wd cars.
