Evan, redline is currently 6700, but probably could be pushed a little higher for more usable RPM range. Joey, thank you for the info I will definately look into Porter Racing Heads.

So I ran into a little trouble today......Just for fun I decided to remove one of my valve covers, and lo and behold I have a valve spring retainer that's on the hairy edge. about 60% of the rim is gone. Unfortunately my GoPro flaked out on me and only took 5-6 second videos before shutting itself off . So no videos from me this time. I was all excited about my under-car exhaust cam too.

Ya Ive been red flagged for "leaking fuel" before. Ive tried a few different fuel cell breather tube routing ideas, but no matter what I do it seems to puke a little every once in a while.Rabbit Farmer wrote:S1120032.... LUKE.... dumping fuel.

A 302 should have more than enough power in stock form. Never underestimate what a "small" displacement V8 can do (i.e. The howe mod is a mighty 318 ci). If your going to be replacing heads, you may want to check this out http://www.hotrod.com/how-to/engine/116-0307-ford-302-v8-engine-buil...
