I think the broadcast app is a great idea. I think it would have a ton of benefits. From meetings to sending out eta's for restarts if there is a off on the hill or what not.

On there head restraint rule is this the Hans device that they are talking about or is it just the padded restraint you put around your neck under the helmet? (probably a dumb question sorry)
