Why do I think you might have some tidbits of info about this long lost drag strip?

Re: Paging John R, racing history question
Because my brain overflows with every sort of information except how to make money....
The good info:
My late friend Bill McBride went to Milton a time or 2, as well as to the strip at Glens Falls. Drove his friend's ( "D/Stock"?) Mopar a couple times, with the electric fuel pump hidden in the console (!), did see Shirley's dragster, as well as a dragster called The Vermontster. Shirley? " A hell of a driver, but she was no lady!"
The "you're on your own with this one" info: Dave Richmond claims to have seen Art Arfons run the Green Monster at Milton.
The old Norwood Arena had a dragstrip next door, as well. The somewhat notorious Orange (MA) Airport hosted drags in the 60's. There was an attempt at a revival in the 90's - I think Sherm told me about running his drag bike there at the 1 race they ran.
