I do not remember if any of the hills have a DB limit. I am running a muffler but it is still pretty loud.

Ascutney has no limits, as there are no houses nearby. Rest are something like 100 db @100 feet, but get a confirm from somebody with a better clue - it's usually on the entry.

From the event info pages:
Burke: 90 dBA or less at 50 feet from exit of exhaust.
Okemo: 96 dBA or less at 50 feet from exit of exhaust.
Philo: Doesnt list a specific limit, but does require mufflers.
