There are 46 on the list. I spoke with common man earlier this week and they said we do NOT have a min. number, yet our agreement states 50. 4 more people would be nice just in case!

Looking fwd to the banquet.

I just got off the phone with the Common Man... we are able to add to the dinner numbers if anyone else wants a meal.

Right now, we are $89.44 short of breaking even. (Paid and unpaid meal reservations minus Common Man Room charge minus cost of meal/tip = negative $89.44).

Soooo.... four more meals would help us break even!

What do you need to do to get a meal and you are not on the list?

Post here, PM me here, or e-mail me at SCCVermont@aol.com.

Do NOT mail a check!

Damn, some fit hit the shan down here, we are not going to make it.
Steve, please keep my payment for the cause, I would rather see us stay at 89.44 in the red than increase it to 184.44.
My apologies. I hope that everyone has an excellent time.
Hoping to see you all May 16th!

That stinks. I'll be sure to drink your share of beer, ya know, for the cause.

Thanks to everyone that made the banquet and rules meeting a success. Final rules are posted in the forum. We almost broke even! (waiting for final numbers). 2014 schedule is posted on the website. Time to get the cars ready... Ascutney is just around the corner (and Don at SCCNH was taking a poll to see who wanted the LONG hill).

Thanks to everyone that organized the banquet & rules meeting. Everything went very well and I had a great time.

There was something I wanted to say to everyone during the banquet but I got stage fright, so here it is:

2013 was a "character building" year for me. Getting divorced from the person you've been with since 1988 is tough and adjusting to the "new normal" takes way more effort than I'd guessed. I'm really fortunate to have a weekend every month or so to spend with a big "family" of fun and wonderfully supportive people, doing something we're all passionate about. These weekends were always a great break from the rest of life's "complexities" and were massively rejuvenating. It really made my life a lot better. Thanks to all of you for making our club what it is.
