2014 NEHA Awards Banquet and 2015 Rules Meeting
It's finally here... all the information you need to make your plans to attend this years awards banquet and rules meeting. This event is for the entire hillclimb family...drivers, workers, spectators, and anyone you would like to share an incredible evening with. Time to make more wonderful memories with friends.
Date: February 7th
Place: The Common Man Inn, 21 Water Street, Claremont, NH 03743
Cost: $45.00 per person
Make checks payable to Killington Sports Car Club (KSCC)
DINNER CHOICES:
New England Pot Roast with pan gravy
Crab Cakes pan seared with a lemon chive aioli
Mushroom Walnut Chicken stuffed with a mushroom stuffing, crusted in walnuts and topped with a maple cream sauce
Chef's choice vegetarian
Andrew's special kid's meal
All meals come with Classic Caesar Salad, Fresh Baked Rolls, Chef's Choice Seasonal Vegetable, Chef's Choice Side. Also included is the chef's selection of dessert, coffee and hot tea service. Yes, that chef is a BUSY guy!!
Payment and dinner choice must be received no later than January 31, 2015.

Parking: Free parking garage at end of Water Street
HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Must be made by January 31st. I suggest making your reservation as soon as possible as rooms will go quickly. The Common man is giving us a 25% discount on rooms as long as we use a minimum of ten.
Standard rooms will run from $90 to $165 depending on location in the Inn and size and number of beds.
Suites will run from $195 to $247 depending on the total awesomeness of your selected suite.
