From motorsportreg.com, it looks like 27 have registered so far.

If you want to drive fast like a race driver-you gotta dress like one. ;)
Translating road racing to hillclimbing:
Proper tire selection== nothing hooks up on moss or wet leaves.
Staying on the racing line==anything paved is considered good.

I'll have my race pajamas, but have had some kinking problems with the new steel that I had ordered so I'll probably be driving the miata again for Ascutney. I was really hoping to get rid of the X on the side of the car for this season, but it looks like it won't be until the next event.

So I should be wearing one all the time then? OH! :P Na, but it's true better to be safe.

I'm on it, they'll be in Wednesday. :D What the Hell, I've got all the other stuff, what's a little more liability on the old CC....

No-then people will think you are a road racer. I've seen that a bunch of times. 7 am at the hotel-road racers that dont have to run till noon in the lobby or eating breakfast all suited up. I mean-how else you gonna tell that thay are RACERS. 8-)

I've tried calling Ascutney a couple times to reserve a site, but their answering machine states that they're closed for the winter. Am I missing something here?

VT state parks number, to make a reservation call 1.888.409.7579

Here'as the link but it didn't work, for me, to make a reservation, because the park is closed so I had to call.

They don't have someone answering the phones at all times. It is technically still pre-season, so the only person there is the park ranger. Last year I left a message and the ranger called back

Is there a spot to leave car trailers at the site? Thanks.
