I will plan to leave home by 6AM Friday. That should get me there well before 10AM with time to drop my car at the campsite, park the trailer and unload the van enough to be ready to get to work on installing drops around, or a bit after, 10AM.
The older I get the better I was.

UPDATE: Parking lot issue is sorted. They have some equipment trailers in the normal lot-sounds like the lower section. So we're good to park-and we're good to camp. Just use your good judgment when you get there about the best place to put your trailers. 8-) We might just have to park a little more cozy-thats all.

A heads up for everyone who will be driving at Burke this weekend. Given the time restraints that we have on Saturday, we will be beginning our day ealier than usual. The plan is first car on the hill for the fam run at 7:30. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE plan on arriving on Friday in time to be tech'd and ready to go first thing Saturday. Tech'ng cars on Saturday morning is going to be an issue... have any of you ever seen Don Taylor at 5:30 in the morning... NOT a pretty sight, and no amount of coffee will make it better!!! And one more time, a plea for workers. No workers, no racing. If you are bringing workers, let Samara Coble know so she can plan ahead.
See you all FRIDAY!!!

Walter in the AM, Don in the PM.... as long as there is light. Opps... no light at 10PM. Crap, going to have to deal with Don (hopefully post-coffee) and Walter in the AM.
