Burke Entry Posted

Post by kindabratty328 »

Hi everyone,

The Burke Mountain hillclimb is right around the corner... June 11 & 12. Entry form and info are posted right here on hillclimb.org. There is also a map of the campground. If you have a specific site that you would like to reserve, please let me know asap. Also, please note that members save $$$, soooooooooo BE A MEMBER. Membership forms are available at www.kscc.org. Fill it out and send it in with your entry fee. Also note that two day road fees are included in the entry fee. You also save $$$ by getting your entry in EARLY. So, there is your project for this rainy, chilly day. ;) Let me know if you are planning to attend so we can start getting an idea of numbers for lunches. And remember... workers, workers, workers. The more the merrier. Drivers too, of course :D

Hope to see everyone there!!

Michele

Michele.

Can you reserve the same site that I had for last year and Don on the corner (same site as last year also). I'm paying for both.

Ha ha--yea right. It's just been sitting dormant waitin' for you to stop playing in the dirt.
We had that site sold .002 seconds after John retired. Kevin got it so he no longer has to run back+ forth to the sand pit to print up times.
Translating road racing to hillclimbing:
Proper tire selection== nothing hooks up on moss or wet leaves.
Staying on the racing line==anything paved is considered good.
