2009: OKEMO 1 Entry form and Information

Hi All,

The Okemo 1 entry form and information page have been posted here on hillclimb.org. If you know that you are planning to attend, please, please, please try to pre-register. It makes planning the event so much easier. If you need to have a form sent to you by snail mail, please let me know and I'll send it out right away. Remember that motorcycles will also be running at this event. Should be another awesome weekend.

I wanted to pass along information on the campsite where everyone (not staying in the parking lot) stays.

Hideaway Squirrel Hill Campground (I keep calling it the "Squirrell Nut Zipper Campground")

$40 weekend for a campsite (more with RV hookups)

The office moved from the bottom of the hill to a trailer 3/4 of the way up on the hill on the right side. Person in charge is LeeAnn (unsure of proper spelling)

I asked this too late for ascutney, do we have an online entry? I am not so good with paper and checks (where the hell is my checkbook now!!!)

Not as of yet. We talked about it (well Michele + I did) a bit-Its a matter of do we want to lose the % that paypal would end up with.

I would send the extra percentage for paypal fees for the convenience, I think I am on like check 105 on an account I have had for 6 years. I don't do checks.

Perhaps (and this isn't my event) you could mail in your entry and then do online banking for the check (you lazy....)
