2010: Okemo #2 Photos and Videos

Post by Rabbit Farmer »

Image

Well, I didn't have my SLR camera since I felt that if I did not have time to download, edit, post the videos/photos from Okemo #1, why bother getting more "work". I started taking pictures with a simple PHD camera (push here, dummy) that fit quite easily in my pocket. I got some good images (taking into account what I was working with). Kinda reminds me of my old PHD camera that had (gasp!) film.

I deleted a lot of images (blury, etc.). I did notice that the camera had a lot of problems with white cars; I supposed this was related to the whitish asphalt. Anyway... gallery is here.

Thanks to everyone that made this event possible (organizers and day-of-event workers). Julie and I had a good time at CP6 (Sat) and CP3 (Sun). Hoping to get the car 100% back together for Ascutney #2.

Nice blanket

Amazing seeing the peugot on the boom of the tow truck, the physics of it is kind of crazy, I would have thought it would be too heavy.

Nice hi res pics Steve-I can even read my oil press gauge when blown up to full screen! Any way to get individual pics of the sequence you got of me? LOTS of good info can be gathered from them.

Funny... These shots came from a crappy pocket camera where if I didn't match the speed of the car, I got a blur. Sherman... Bad news on the multi picture shot. That is actual one image on the camera. I thought it took 16 pictures in sequence, but the setting actually gave me all shots in one image. I cropped out the remaining eight as you were small in the image.
