At the BOTTOM of the hill? :?:

Staying on the racing line==anything paved is considered good.

Yep, trying to get rid of the morning bottle neck where the drivers block our ability to get the workers to the checkpoints.

Don't worry we will shuttle our wonderful workers camping at the top of the hill down to the meeting. As hard as we try to keep worker cars off the top of the hill in the morning, we still manage to pack the parking lot at the top which we think gums up the works in the morning. Plus we have had a hard time getting workers to the checkpoints in past years.

We do not have our typical food guy for the weekend, so there is no one to provide yummy breakfast sandwiches  but we will have coffee and donuts down at the bottom for the workers. If we had our chef we would probably still have it at the top of the hill.

Sounds like a good plan. I know in some years past doing tech on Saturday morning has been something of a nightmare due to the congestion in the lot at the top. This should improve that a good bit.

If we're doing movies on Sat, I'll bring a DVD of a French art film that's quite good. Set in Paris, creative cinematography, it's really well done.

I was thinking more along the lines of easier said than done but sure if French art is preferred it'll work. :)
