Bumping this thread...
Philo is less than 1 week away! If you plan on racing please pre register (info at the top of this thread) so we can have an accurate head count for lunch.

If you are on the fence about running let me give you a nudge to drive. First don't let the idiots in Washington distract you, come out and have some fun. The second and more important note. Philo has been in danger of not being on the schedule. There are many locals and tourists that question why the hillclimb is allowed to happen. The park is being reviewed by the public and the State on what it's use is for and expansion. Like many of the hills you never know if we will be allowed back so take advantage of the opportunity while you can!

Per Steve's instructions I am not pre-registering but I will be there. FYI, Don T. and (I expect) Jeff Kendall will be there as well and I doubt either have registered.

How early on Friday are we allowed to check-in and set up camp? I'm taking the day off to get some b-roll footage ahead of time.

Yes. We are shooting for worker meeting at 7:15am at the bottom of the hill. We will have coffee and donuts available. We will provide lunch at the top of the hill for all our workers. Dress for all kinds of weather, the forecast keeps changing.
