Getting exciting. Philo is only a week away. Unfortunately, it seems the leaves will be full peak when we are there... good for our viewing pleasure and we won't have to pick the leaves off the road, but bad in terms of interacting with the leaf-peeping public. Make sure you register to drive the event ASAP as we need these numbers to determine food, etc. See everyone at Philo!

Ian and I (and 2-3 volunteers, 5 people on site #6) should be there by noon, and we should be able to help with hill setup however we can. We're going to have some support cars - after they're unloaded, where should we stash them for the weekend?

Any cars outide of the limit for your site should be at the bottom of the hill.

Only 2 cars are allowed to park at the campsites (Sites 2 & 4 are limited to 1 vehicle), the rest at the bottom as Steve indicated.

In the bottom lot... The far end of the lot (about 1/2 - 1/3 of it) will be used for turn around (for the race cars) and trailer parking so try to park your extra cars close to the entrance road end of the lot if possible. At some point Friday there will be cones set up blocking this area off, but if you are there before the cones are in place this will save you from being asked to move some cars later.
The older I get the better I was.

On the fence about driving? Do it! Online registration is no longer available. Register at the hill (do not mail in your entry)
