Mt. Philo Hillclimb is Oct 17-18, 2009

Entry has been posted on the http://www.hillclimb.org website (direct link)

In-car video from last year: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XfQCAdcvdNc

Pre-Register by October 9th to get the reduce rate. This helps us accurately account for the numbers to determine food (included!).

Contact me either on the forums or directly at SCCVermont@aol.com if you have any questions about the event.

Campsites, Lentos, and RV parking ALL go through the SCCV this year: http://forums.sccv.org/viewtopic.php?f= ... 83&start=0

Not yet. We do have higher costs this year due to the increase in the fees for the hill, but if we have a good turnout at Philo, this might not be an issue. We will have to put some thought into this (forecasting) based on what we see for numbers at Ascutney.

I live nearby in Charlotte and I am new to SCCV and NEHA.

I would love to enter but more importantly I want to help with the event in any way.

Updated my first post with the entry form. Please post here or e-mail me if you are either (1) downloading the form or (2) not able to make this event so that I know not to mail an entry to you. I will also contact everything via e-mail based on the current NEHA list.

Register (postmark) by Oct 9th and read the new camping, lean-to, RV section of the entry.

Thanks
Steve
