I've added a new button that you'll find on the "Post a New Topic" page. Right after the "Font colour" button.

You can use this new button to place YouTube videos directly in your posts. Just place your YouTube link between the tags.
The code will look like this. Example of the above code output:

The format is this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v= followed by 11 characters... nothing else afterwards.
