You'll have to be a bit more specific.

Are they legal? Yes.
Post a picture of your setup if you are able. A picture goes a long way.

I have the harnesses routed in between the head rest posts, seems sketchy but I could easily set it up differently.

Maybe I was tired when browsing through the rules, I did not see anything about harness bars. I apologize for the vague question but I wasn't sure they were allowed at all.

Not sure about the legality of the bar (I don't see why it wouldn't be, I just don't know), but I would not put the harnesses through the headrest.

Specs are on the way I tried contacting the guy who makes them, I assume if its DOM it matters and inside and outside diameter and all that jazz. Cool that they are allowed though. I mean it seems a bit safer than the factory auto belts.

Generally to consider the bar adequate we would look to cage standards for strength and size. The FIA looks for about 3300 pounds pull strength per harness attachment point. That seems to be satisfied with a 1.5" x 095" or equivalent mild steel bar well attached to 2 points on the cage or shell per harness set.

What is the bar diameter, thickness and material? Where the 3.8" plates attach to the B pillar...exactly how is that done? Number, size and grade of bolts per plate. Grade of nuts and method of pillar reinforcement to keep nuts from pulling out.
