painless wiring harness allowed in sp?

so starting to work on this gti and some stuff is cut out and other stuff is just missing wiring wise. can i just go get a painless harness and do the lights, wipers, and ignition off that?

So long as things needed like lights, wipers, horn, heater work - the way you make that happen is free.
The older I get the better I was.
