AA. Kill Switch
1. Switch to cut off / isolate battery power power throughout the car, obviously
marked with a universal sign.
well I wired my car wrong and just found out that the kill switch on my car does not kill the car. It Does isolate the battery power like it suppose too. My car never ran an alternator in SCCA but for the hillclimbs I added one. The engine will continue to run off the alternator with the switch off. Should the rule read that it must kill the car? just wondering if it needs clarification or if it reads that way for a reason. (P.S) I will rewire the alternator so the kill switch works this winter)
