My '89 Grand Marquis, "Carmine" has a sketchy frame, and won't pass a real inspection . And I'm pretty much broke. As long as I'm unemployed, my old truck Homer will get me by - but I'm lookin!
A roller that would accept Carmine's drivetrain would be great, as that's all good. Carmine would also be an excellent "organ donor" for a 60's or 70's Ford repower - EFI 5.0, Overdrive automatic, 22 mpg in a 4000# car. His uncle Guido is also still available for parts as well.
So what's out there for cheap drivers?

John, I will keep an eye out for you. Every now and then a prospect pops up.

My junkyard friends at Morway Salvage are patching the frame at the moment - should get me another year.
