Help! My solid axle car has wicked tramp on standing starts. It is my '72 Mg Midget based car with nearly 130WHP from my 1600cc Toyota 4AGE. Stock leaf springs, Panhard bar, tube shocks. I've tried twin upper trailing arms, they helped, but they bind the suspension. I replaced them with 9/1 valved tube shocks. Tramp is back like an out-of-work brother-in-law. I hate "granny starts" . Suggestions?

Translating road racing to hillclimbing:
Proper tire selection== nothing hooks up on moss or wet leaves.
Staying on the racing line==anything paved is considered good.
