A few important notes... there are a few requirements for us to use to Common Man for our banquet
(1) Rooms (waiting for Common Man to call me back x6)
(2) $250 spent at the bar in the banquet room (this should be an easy requirement to meet)
(3) Food is buffet

Note on the MSR site for meals: You can register YOU plus up to 5 guests.
1. Buffet: The buffet is essentially a free for all and you can make more than one trip. Sweet!
2. Vegetarian option: Plate of Quinoa Stuffed Peppers for any vegetarian or vegan guests
3. Children's meal: Single plated kids meal options; Pizza, Mac and Cheese, or Chicken Tenders.

Standard Buffet Dinner includes:
Artisan rolls, whipped butter, garden salad, grill marinated vegetables, mashed potatoes, cheesecake Trifle with berries and white chocolate shavings, locally-roasted Common Man Joe fair trade coffee and teas. The main dishes available on the buffet are:
* New England pot roast - Braised pot roast with pan gravy and braised vegetables.
* Roast New England Turkey - Savory apple stuffing, pan gravy, and cranberry sauce.
HOTEL Waiting for 2024 information
2024: The Hotel section of the Common Man is refusing to return my calls to setup a block of rooms.
So, book at the Common Man if you would like. There may be other options in the area to consider.
(2023 info/not related to 2024) We have a block of rooms that provides a discount if we book the 10 specific rooms outlined in the agreement. You need to request rooms in the "New England Hillclimb Association" block to see what is available. Rooms are on site.

Where the rooms are located....
Enter the hotel "A" from the Water Street entrance.
Building "B" in the map above is where all the action happens.
There is an outdoor walkway that connects the basement level of the hotel "A" to the first floor of the "B" building.
You will enter the "B" building at #1.
#2: Stairs down to the bar and restaurant... this is not the area where we are having our banquet.
#3: Stairs up to the 2nd floor where we have our meeting and banquet in room #5
