I spoke with Ruth this afternoon, and she cannot promise that she will be there. But we all know Ruth!!!!!!!!!!!!! If there's a will, there's a way.

Thanks for the suggestions and offers everyone. I got a couple email offers of help in addition to the ones posted here and I think with that we will have tech and comm setup well covered.
