Hopefully, everyone will bring a few workers with them and we won't have to ask drivers to do double duty. This always slows the hill down... so hint hint clue clue.... BRING WORKERS!!!!!! PLEASE :? The more workers the better the hill runs.

Thanks,

Michele

The local forecaster is suggesting the big storm coming through Friday and Saturday is going to come through more quickly than expected, and will be affecting southern Vermont more. He suggests we should have a good portion of the day on Saturday to be without precipitation.
So that at least sounds far more promising that a few days ago.

That's very good news for me :D Racing in the wet won't be too bad, but driving rain wouldn't be much of a picnic.

Especially for the new couple that will be borrowing our road from 3:30-5:00 Saturday.

You have an open car. First you will get coated in mud driving around the camping area lot to get to staging. Then you get to try to do a start in a mud pit. Finally you get soaking wet in a slow run up the hill. Not my definition of not too bad. I may just wait for Sunday.

Says the man with a roof...
Translating road racing to hillclimbing:
Proper tire selection== nothing hooks up on moss or wet leaves.
Staying on the racing line==anything paved is considered good.

Makes me glad I have a roof, glass, heater and AWD. But when the weathers nice... a mod would be fun!
