FIA and SFI rated harnesses
I just wanted to clarify and make sure I read the rules correctly. If you have a SFI rated harness it will be allowed up to three years older than the date on the belt? and if its FIA rated it has to be current? I thought FIA ratings were more strict and I just thought it would be the other way around.

Re: FIA and SFI rated harnesses
We honor SFI harnesses for 3 years from mo/yr dated on the set. Many race bodies and the SFI went to 2 years some time back. An FIA harness is good until the end of the year stamped on the label, which is up to 5 years from date of manufacture.
