For lack of an answer, I am assuming if a rule of interest was to be be proposed we could attend the rules meeting at 2pm whether or not we have reserved for the banquet.

If you plan to attend the rules meeting only, please send me email at dburden@hughes.net so I can keep track of how many to expect for that part of the day. I will deal with any overage with the restaurant people. If you are registering for the banquet and don't plan to show up for the rules portion I'd like to know that as well.

I'm leaving that day to go to Panama so I'm out... My father doesn't know yet about going, he plans everything on a day to day schedule these day...
