On account of recent developments (oral surgery train wreck), it would help me to know what's planned for lunch, so's i can plan an alternate if it's not gonna work for me.

As long as our team of Chefs come through -- there will be burgers, dogs, chips, pickles, and potato salad for your dining pleasure. Worst case is Shaws deli but that's very unlikely!

Is this a buffet-style/pot-luck/invitation-only/etc type of thing? Is there anything I can pick up on the way out there?

Workers are provided lunch as perk for volunteering. Drivers get lunch included with the entry fee.
