Entries are coming in fast and furious for the first Okemo hillclimb. Only two weeks left. Don't be left out!!!!!

Just a little reminder that OKEMO 1 (yes, summer has officially arrived) in 8 days!!

Sounds like Michelle has gotten LOTS of entries so this event is filling fast, which means... We can not have a race without WORKERS WORKERS WORKERS!


E-mail me at samara.coble@gmail.com if you are a worker thats coming or you might be bringing workers. (how many and weather they have experience working OUR races)


I think that we might have a different lunch option this year! (Much better than before!! I'll leave it at that, you can come and find out what that is!!)

EXTRA HELP NEEDED FRIDAY PLEASE!
After more years than anyone remembers, we are finally getting a new wire! Without the communication up the hill, we wouldn't be able hold the event. Its 1st roll out will be here. There are things that need to done to make it operational-and it will take some extra time + manpower.
So if you can get to the hill early (we're planning on starting 9am Friday) it would help the club make a better event for everyone.

I'd love to get there that early to help, but I have a work meeting from 9-10:30 then I'm heading out from there (2hr drive).
