Street Prepared Cars

I just want to clarify something for street prepared. My car would run SP4 and has a full steel roof. How I read the rules my car will NOT need a bar or cage as long as I am slower than the break out time. Is this correct? Thank you!!

Since the tech guys are all at Mt. Washington this weekend and I don't know if they'll be checking the forum, I'll answer your question. Yes, you are correct. As long as you stay slower than the breakout time you do not need a roll cage.
