Does this series allow Super Motards , if so where can I find info on required set-up, tires etc, didn't find anything in the rules & regs.

Welcome! You're lucky I accidently stopped by. The forum is pretty much dead--everyone uses the Facebook group--New England Hillclimb Association. Come over there!
Bikes are are run by a separate group. They are only run at two hills (Okemo + Burke). Supermotards are the perfect bike for these hills. They are rough + pothole spewn in places-but also have awesome corners + hi speed sections. The rules call for a single or twin flat track/super motard/enduro bike. Full safety gear with back brace. Translating road racing to hillclimbing:
Proper tire selection== nothing hooks up on moss or wet leaves.
Staying on the racing line==anything paved is considered good.
