HERE are the proposals for the 2020 season rules.

It is that time of year again to think about changes that you would like to see in the NEHA series to improve our events.
Deadline: Proposal are accepted up to January 25, 2020 at 11:59PM
Around January 26, we will post the Adobe PDF file at the link above with all the proposals to be heard at the NEHA Rules Meeting.
Hosting club: Make sure you make copies of the proposal document for the meeting
Submission Process
How to submit a proposal: E-mail me at SCCVermont@aol.com with the e-mail subject of "2020 NEHA Rules Proposal".
I will respond to all submissions confirming that I received your e-mail; if you do not receive confirmation, send me a Private Message on the forums or Facebook to follow up.
It is okay to use a Word document for your submission.
This is how the proposal will be read at the meeting:
- Rule type (General Regulations, Classification, Technical Regulations)
- Your name(s)
- Rule section letter or number
- Your proposal exactly how you would like to see it written in the rules (may be a deletion). We do not have time at the meeting to wordsmith and interpret your intent; your proposal should be written exactly how you want the final rule (if adopted) to read.
- Optional but helpful, please include a brief description of your thoughts behind your proposal.

My thinking on this matter is that blah blah blah.
Make sure that you print a copy of the final rules proposals (as an individual) to bring to the rules meeting; the hosting club will hopefully also print some copies.
