ALWAYS LOCKED. Anyone who leaves it unlocked with be removed from the event without a refund. Period.

Call the two cell numbers listed on the entry or listed on the gate (sign on gate) to get combo.

This is one of our requirements for renting the hill, correct? I know people have been angry about this in the past but I don't think SCCV has any choice in this matter.

Shouldn't be any issue as the combination is available to everyone involved in the event.

Yes, I was just trying to point out that getting mad at SCCV isn't productive since the rule isn't in your control.

What a blast! Fun hill. thanks to all that organized and ran the event. thanks to the workers. Also, great food!

Alex-wow! You have a GREAT eye for the shot. I tried for years-i get snapshots-not beautiful photographs-some people have it and some don't. You definately do.
Translating road racing to hillclimbing:
Proper tire selection== nothing hooks up on moss or wet leaves.
Staying on the racing line==anything paved is considered good.
