Would I be allowed to ride a shifter kart up a hill?
Ditto microds, 250 minisprints, quarter midgets, sxs "utilities", Jr. dragsters, golf carts, "racing barstools" and riding mowers.

Not so quick, John. Sure, we would allow such a kart up the hill... WITH a full cage that meets the cage rules.
