Update!

Karen Pringle came thru with the aluminum panels for the remaining 9 ammo boxes (I had previously hammered out 2 prototypes - for Start and Finish)! They arrived today and fit perfectly. Mike P and I can now build up the ammo boxes for the 9 remaining locations (8 checks plus holding).

Thanks Karen!

Mike P spent Saturday here and we finished up the comm "ammo" boxes. We walked thru one box build together to see that parts and measures would work then Mike did the mechanical and I did the electrical. About 2 man hours per box some tweaking on each box/panel (rounding corners of the panels, persuading ammo boxes back straight after years of abuse) to finish them. We completed all but one just about the time Samara and Madeline announced dinner of Veal and Pork stuffed shells and Caesar Salad....mmmm

Great work. Do you seem busier in your retirement than when you were working?

I was glad to help ya Walter!

I'm never sure which is better, the food, or the company. Dinner was great!
