The date for the 2010 NEHA Rules Meeting and Banquet is set for Saturday, February 20, 2010 from 2pm to 10pm. It will be held at the Common Man Restaurant and Inn in Claremont, NH. The final details on price, food selections and lodging will be ironed out this week.

That is the same night as Buffum's Winter Challenge Rally.. I would really like to enter this event again but I do not want to miss out on the banquet discussion..

Is there any way possible we can change this?

There are a lot of people I know who were planning on going to both if they were on separate dates...

I didnt know this was up for a vote but, I would rather not have it moved. If it is moved please dont make it a week or 2 earlier. I have already committed to a trip and purchased airline tickets based on the published banquet date.

Well, I'm assuming no response means my request is not reasonable and the date will stay... ?

Maybe next year we can check to see if the banquet conflicts with any New England(once a year) events...Especially events put on by World Rally Championship Drivers....In Vermont....!!!!!

Im pretty disappointed about this to say the least...

I e-mailed Dave B. on this... haven't heard from him yet. Doesn't seem that changing the date to a week later would be that big of a deal (later works for Walter; I can't do earlier). Of course, we could get into a slew of date issues if moved. Perhaps we can't win.

Well, its worth looking into. Its still months away.. If the date remains, I might not be there.

I was thinking about doing the rally to. Would be cool to be able to do both.

we're doing the rally too. I just noticed this conflict!
