Kind of proud of this one. Personal best.
I didnt edit the wait at the beginning because for some reason my editor messes up the audio/video sync somehow so files uploaded to you tube are way out of sync.

Anyone have a good program that you can sync + run two videos side by side?
Translating road racing to hillclimbing:
Proper tire selection== nothing hooks up on moss or wet leaves.
Staying on the racing line==anything paved is considered good.

I bet you'd be even faster with Fuel by Metallica playing You always have tunes cranked while racing.drivingti wrote:Here is one of my runs. Im pretty much flat to check 2, maybe slight lift at 1, Left after 7 was fun, NOT, Nice view at end.

I don't think the camera was touched at all. The 3M sticky tape on the GOPRO was impressive that it held and that the plastic didn't break

Walter:
nice run! Looked smooth and flowing especially in the upper section. Was that your run with the rear downforce enhancer engaged? (i.e. hatch open) I'm thinking of stealing your idea and making a catch to pop my boot lid (trunk) to create downforce for the upper rhythm section. I think I need it.

Thanks! The secret weapon hatch deployment was run 2 and the video was run 3. MUCH slower (8.5 seconds longer and around 8 mph slower at check 4). Just for grins I checked my time from check 4 to finish and the hatch up run (2) was 2 seconds slower than run 3. I have to say the car felt pretty firmly planted with the hatch up...Kiwi wrote:Walter:
