Looks like the version on the web was correct. My browser at work just refused to give me the most current version. Three clicks on reload did it.

To make sure you are looking at the correct version, the end of page 5 should state section E.2.a not E.2.b.

Writing down the rule amendments, final version, voting numbers (for/against), and pass/fail…

I thought I would be able to do it, but after further reflection, it won’t be possible.

So, I need some help in this area. Anyone want to volunteer?

Well, there is already a forum area to DISCUSS rule changes.... it is called "Rules Discussion". This thread here (2011 Season Rules Proposals) was the method for submitting a proposal; it is one of the threads within the Rules Discussion subforum. I do not know how the NEHA banquet hosting club is doing the proposal process this year.
