Re: BURKE 1 2011
Just a few Burke notes/reminders...
I see lots of names on the list of folks planning to attend and maybe attend the Burke Hillclimb event on Facebook but haven't gotten an entry form from many of you yet. If you are a driver and will be a rookie on this hill it is important that you call or email Sherman Baumann at 860-873-8845 (h), 860-608-9744 (c), sdwarf36@aol.com. Please get in touch with him as soon as possible. Hope to see all of you on the hill!!
Also, if you will be needing a campsite, please let me know as soon as possible as we are getting tight on available space.
We need raffle prizes! Please consider bringing something along that can be used in the raffle. This is our way of thanking the workers for their time and support so it is really important. If everyone brings something it would be most appreciated!!
WORKERS! WORKERS! WORKERS! We can never have too many, so please bring folks with you who want to work. It's a great way for them to see some awesome racing up close and personal and as everyone knows, it makes things much more complicated if we have to ask drivers to work. Samara Coble will be our Worker Coordinator at Burke and she is trying to get a headstart on planning. Those who want to work should contact her at Samara.Coble@gmail.com asap.
See you all next weekend

I will need a spot at burke. Doesn't have to be big, just high and dry.
I told Samara That I will be there to work.
Cheers
