not sure. I don't think anyone was happy at the end of the transaction. its a long story and I don't want anyone to misunderstand what I am trying to say. I would recommend that anyone who goes discuss fully what the deal is, he is not in a fire sale mode.

Long story means that there is no need to share; like you said, it may be misunderstood. Often times the seller and the buyer don't want to share the selling price because the seller didn't get enough the the buyer paid too much.
