Wings at Ascutney 2011

Frying up some more wings again this year. Friday evening. Site 31. Bring your own plate and napkin(s). Oil will be up for grabs.
Not sure what varieties I'll do yet, but spicy garlic is guaranteed. Maybe a non spicy bbq for the weak. I'm only going to fry up about 10lbs this year. First come, first sauced. Certainly welcome to bring your own fry-ables as well.

any chance they are gluten free?

The bbq sauce is gluten free, but not the spicy garlic. Can't guarantee absolute gluten free prep standards at the camp ground, but I can do my best. I have two family members that have a gluten allergy, so I can understand your pain. The wings themselves aren't breaded so you don't have to worry about them.

We are normally a welcoming crowd. And a bit goofy (might be just me). Hope you make the next one. My wife (Julie) likes talking to anyone that has a club what Point Loma is.
