Happy to do it(even if my body regrets it in the morning).

2012 will still have wings, likely at campsite 35, possibly 31.
I won't do as many this year, or as many varieties. If you prefer your own sauce, bring it, I won't be offended, happy to cook plain ones.

Dibs on the oil! (one of these years I'll actually get it.) ;)

I sort of weenied out, and I'm going with store bought sauces this time, as I don't have time to prepare my custom ones. So I'll be featuring sauces from Buffalo Wild Wings. Spicy garlic, medium, mild, jammin jalapeno, asian zing and sweet bbq. No idea if we'll use them all, sort of just depends on who is there.
Shooting for 7:30 to 8pm. Unless I get hungry earlier.
Bring your own strainer Sherm.

Jay-no- i will not be there. The motor is apart for the race car-and the new motor in the bus need some more local miles before it does any road trips. I'd have a hard time having fun sitting around working all weekend-and know I'd have to rush to get ready for Burke. Its was in the plans-but the last few weeks of non-stop drizzle or rain messed up the schedule. :?

Awesome wings friday evening, crispy and juicey, better than the Buffalo Wild Wings I've eaten at! Maybe it was the fresh grease. Thanks Seth.
