Please bring a non-perishable food item or bottled water to the fall Ascutney event which we will donate to a local food bank to help out the victims of the recent flooding in VT. We will have a collection box in the Oak lean-to/Winnebago area for you to drop the items into.

Thanks,

Good luck to all this weekend.

I'm so far behind with everything, who knows when my car will be a runner again...guess I took it apart at the wrong time

I may make it down on Sunday, but not sure yet.

Looks like the weather will be a little chilly this weekend, but dry so be sure to bring warm clothes. The only road closure in the area of the mountain is VT Route 131 from Ludlow all the way to I-91. Route 103 from Rutland is open, but from Ludlow you have to go south to Springfield, VT to get to I-91 or VT 5. Check out this web page for the latest updates if you normally take Route 131.
