Friday night wings at spring Ascutney 2013

Post by sachilles »

Hi folks,

My brother in law and I will be frying up some wings friday night, some time after tech. Likely to fry up some oreos and s'mores for dessert. Stop on by. Bring your own beverage and chair. We'll have several flavors of wings, from mild to wild. Feel free to bring your own sauce if you want something special. We'll be featuring sauces and dry rubs from buffalo wild wings.

No need to bring anything besides yourself, something to sit on and your own beverage of choice(and maybe pack some pepto for the weekend).

It will be at site 35.

So the sauces are:
Spicy garlic gluten free
Jamin' Jalapeno gluten free
asian zing
Thai curry
Sweet bbq(not hot) gluten free
teriyaki(not hot)
and dry rubs:
Desert heat gluten free
Lemon pepper(not hot) gluten free

Feel free to bring anything else you want fried.

We'll also be frying oreos for dessert(yes, separate oil). Feel free to bring anything you think might taste good coated in funnel cake batter and fried.

Thanks for the wings--and the oil! :)

Our pleasure.
We love to do it.
Curious to know folks favorite sauces, for future planning.

The fried twinkies were goooood.

I think we need to fry something new every year. Any suggestions?

We had fried s'mores, did you not get one? You missed out. Messy, but good.
