I'm sorta wondering that given the state of the tires at Burke (coated with dirt and or mud) if I could take into account the fact that the tires are just going to spin for a second without the car moving. I wonder if I can judge the spin correctly and clean the tires before the green light. :)

Exactly, It's not worth trying for that last little bit. My guess is we will get a bunch of jumps when this is first implemented then they will be rare.
